Krusha is a Director, Associate General Counsel at Obra Real Estate and is responsible for legal matters and advancing transactions and team projects. Prior to joining Obra in 2024, Krusha was General Counsel for Pangea Properties, where Krusha oversaw all legal matters for the company and its business lines, including Pangea Mortgage Capital, LLC. Her role included handling and overseeing legal related to real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate financing and bridge lending, multi-family property management, and construction and general contracting. Prior to that, Krusha worked as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the City of Chicago with the Buildings and Land Use Department, Division of Law. She received her J.D. from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law and her B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
